The Lemke's Hutia (Rhizoplagiodontia lemkei) was a species of rodent in the Capromyidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Rhizoplagiodontia. It was endemic to Haiti. Its natural habitat was subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
