Lemberk Castle

Lemberk castle, is a castle located in the Lusatian Mountains of the Czech Republic.[1]

It is located in the heart of the Lusatian Mountains, in the village of Lvová just west of Liberec.[2]

It was most likely constructed in the close of the 12th century or beginning of the 13th, by Havel of the Markvartic dynasty.

It has undergone baroque improvements circa 1660,[3] but today only the cylindrical tower is still standing from the original structure.[4]
