Leland William Modjeski

Leland William Modjeski (born 1958) jumped over the fence of the White House in May 24, 1995 at 10:45 p.m. EDT. He was a graduate student at George Mason University and was thought to have psychological problems. He lived in Falls Church, Virginia. He was put in jail, but in 1995 tried to plead to get out.
