My name is Leigh Christie.

I'm an engineering physicist and I am currently conducting research outside of my field:

• sociology (memes, game theory, male-female relations, social networking)
• philosophy (existence value theory, telescoping evolution)
• language (currently living in Paris and improving my French)
• history of Rock (just finished a course at La Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris III))
• Kinetic Sculpture (I founded the Mondo Spider project with Alex Mossman, Charlie Brinson, Jon Tippett and Dillard Brinson)
• Poetry (mediocrity, love-reality, nightmares, and polymathy)

my main area of expertise is: -fuel cells (I used to work for Ballard Power Systems, Polyfuel, and Motorola Labs) -Batteries and Electric Vehicles (I helped build and manage the UBC Solar Car Project, I helped build a ebike at UBC called Farad)
