The smallpenis.org external link was actually created by the operators of two Internet Service Providers back in 1994 as a prank against Leigh Benson for helping Canter & Siegel with the Usenet spam against Internet Direct.

For some odd reason it was removed by some high school students from an EDU site in Florida. I re-added it to maintain historical context but was immediately removed probably under the mistaken belief it was vandalism. (anonymously contributed from a User:216.190.249.100 with no other edits to its credit than this one.)

If the link were relevant, it's sole purpose being to diss Leigh Benson would make it inappropriate at Wikipedia. Vandalism is not tolerated at Wikipedia. --Wetman 05:59, 21 November 2005 (UTC)
The link was relevant because it was used in historical context to the original spam incident. The website was created 10 years ago in direct response to the first mass spamming of Usenet. I wasn't the original author of the article or the external link, but when I saw it was changed I merely restored it to its original state.
The incident itself is encyclopediable and should be expanded with some context. --Wetman 04:57, 23 November 2005 (UTC)
