João Leiva Campos Filho, usually called Leivinha (little Leiva), (born 11 September 1949 in Novo Horizonte, São Paulo) is a former Brazilian footballer who was included in the 1974 FIFA World Cup squad of the Brazil national football team. He played for Portuguesa, Palmeiras, and Atlético de Madrid, won national championships in both Brazil and Spain as well as UEFA and the Intercontinental Cup.
He is the uncle of Lucas Pezzini Leiva.
