The Leilehua Mules football team represents the Leilehua High School of Wahiawa, Hawaii in HHSAA Division I Football. The team, which is currently coached by Nolan Takuda, is part of the OIA, Red-West division.

- Mules finished with 4-4 (3-3) in their regular schedule. Barely qualified, the Mules are 5th seeded team from west.
- The Mules lost both starting Senior QB (Kaipo Kea and Kaipo DeRego) after the game against Castle Knights for the Wild Card round of the OIA playoff, which made Head Coach Nolan Takuda to pull Sophomore QB Andrew Manley from JV and lead the team to victory against the 1st seeded west team, arch rival Mililani Trojans in Quarter-Final.
- The Mules defeated Farrington Govs in Semi-Final and then moved on to play its another arch rival Waianae Sea Riders in OIA Championship which the Mules won for the first time since 1984.
- The Mules defeated Maui's MIL Champion, Baldwin Bears, in the Semi-Final round of the State Championship and moved on to play the top ranked, ILH Champion, undefeated St. Louis Crusaders.
- The Mules pulled an upset by defeating St. Louis, 20-16 for State Championship at the Aloha Stadium with more than 15,000 fans. Leilehua won the HHSAA State Title for the first time since 1984. The Mules finished its season with 10-4 overall record.
