Leif William-Wurth Sjoquist

Leif William-Wurth was born in Marquette, Michigan, United States, in the winter of 1949. He attended school at the University of Hawaii and graduated with a masters degree in marine biology. He now works for NOAA as a sponge researcher. He discovered over 50 new species of marine life on just the past five years alone. His latest discovery was the remains of Archelon, the largest species of turtle ever known.
