  • AMC Theatres Lehigh Valley 8 (freestanding) (1976-2003, now Linens N Things)
  • Arby's (1976-2006) Arby's has moved three times since coming to Whitehall. Prior to 1976 it was first located across the street from Pep Boys, which that location is now a computer shop. It then moved into two locations, one was placed inside the Whitehall Mall and the other in the Lehigh Valley Mall.In 2005 the Lehigh Valley Mall location was closed to make way for Hollister, and in 2006 the Whitehall Mall location closed as well.Its now located next to Sams Club on MacArthur Road.)
  • Bamberger's (1976-1986, became Macy's)
  • Bombay Company (1990s-2006) Store moved to The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley
  • Hecht's (1995-1997,became Strawbridges)
  • Hummingbird Photo (1983?-2002, became Subway)
  • McDonald's (1976-2007)
  • Mr. Bulky's Treats and Gifts (?-2006)
  • Natural Wonders (1995-2004,became Getrude Hawk Chocolates)
  • Noah's Ark (?-2000, was a stuffed toy store,became Clover Hill Winery)
  • Orange Julius (1976-summer 2006)
  • Strawbridge's (1997-2006, now occupied by Boscov's)
  • Swensen's Restaurant (1976-1998, the lease was not renewed by mall to expand it, so it moved out. Its now occupied by Chick-Fil-A )
  • Time-Out (Arcade) (1990s-2006)
  • Wanamaker's (1976-1995,became Hecht's)
