[edit] Merge from individual show articles

I've begun the merging set lists from individual articles and redirecting those articles to the main Legs and Boots page. I started from the last show and worked in reverse chronological order up through the Florida shows. Then I merged the set lists for all remaining Pip shows. I'll check back in on this page later.
