[edit] Election method

How exactly are the Guam Senators elected? 15 from a single district ... does each voter cast 15 votes, or is there some sort of proportional system from lists, or ... ? --Jfruh (talk) 21:54, 25 June 2006 (UTC)

Actually, Elections in Guam says that each senator is elected from a single-member district. Aii! Who's right? --Jfruh (talk) 21:55, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
It seems to be a block vote ("Select not more then FIFTEEN (15) choices for members of the Legislature"). 68.39.174.238 12:58, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
I know its the primary, but here's the info: http://www.guamelection.org/primary06results.shtml 68.39.174.238 13:01, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
