[edit] Swedish Booktitles
Is there a specific reason for the booktitles to be written in Swedish and not Norwegian? The article about Sandemo says she is a Norwegian writer, although I'd say she's just as Swedish - but currently living in Norway. In any case I think the booktitles should be written in Norwegian. What do you think? Weedar 16:51, 8 April 2007 (UTC)
- Margit Sandemo has lived in Sweden from 2002. --Movedgood 17:20, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for that information, I was not aware of that. Still, are the books originally written in Swedish or Norwegian? Weedar 07:58, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
-
- She writes the novels in swedish, Bente Meidell translates they to Norwegian. --Movedgood 18:58, 13 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] The Milieu
The main reason for removing the spoiler tag here is that it's redundant. If I choose to read an article about a story and I encounter a topic indicating that the setting of the story will be discussed, it becomes obvious to me that the content of the story is about to be discussed. So the warning is not only unsightly, it's redundant. --Tony Sidaway 22:30, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
- Why must keep here templates, which can't use. It is best to reader to can end reading early enough before splot spoilers. --Movedgood 20:34, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
-
- "Spoiler warnings may be used in articles whose primary subject is fictional, and where the editors proposing them have compelling arguments for their insertion. Such reasons should demonstrate that the spoiler tag does not diminish article quality, and that knowledge of the spoiler would substantially diminish many readers' or viewers' enjoyment of the work." --Movedgood 08:20, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Ljusetsrike.jpg
Image:Ljusetsrike.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
