I would suggest that this article needs to be completely re-written. It's so biased from the POV of the person who is unhappy with the way his complaint was dealt with. GillsMan (talk) 20:59, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

I will try to do this. What is needed is:

• What is the LCS?
• What is current regulatory structure? (Legal Services Complaints Commissioner)
• What were criticisms of Clementi report? (yep! We need that too.)
• Proposed regulatory framework under Legal Services Act 2007.
