The Legislative Districts of Surigao del Sur, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the Province of Surigao del Sur in the Philippine House of Representatives. Surigao del Sur was a part of Surigao Province, until it was granted it own representation in 1961. It was part of the representation of Region XI from 1978 to 1984. In 1986, it was divided into two legislative districts.
