Legends of Classic Rock is a Canadian radio program hosted by Jeff Woods. It is produced in Toronto in association with Deep Sky,[1] a division of Corus Entertainment, and airs on several Corus stations across Canada. The show, which began in 2001, uses a mix of narrative, interviews, and music to profile the history of rock music over the past 40 years.

The hour-long weekly program is written by Jeff Woods. Individual episodes focus on particular musicians or groups, musical trends, and industry-related themes. Shorter Legends of Classic Rock vignettes, each about a minute long, air throughout the day on affiliate stations, as well as in podcast form.[2] The 200th episode was produced in May 2007. Woods attributes the series' longetivity to its listeners, saying "we have an audience with not only a strong affinity for the music, but also a voracious appetite for its rich history."[citation needed]
