Leg Work

Leg Work was an extremely short lived detective drama that premiered on CBS on October 3, 1987. The show produced 10 episodes, of which only six were aired prior to the show's cancellation. The final episode aired on November 7, 1987. TV Land later aired the remaining four episodes.
The show's main character was Claire McCarron, an attractive private detective played by Margaret Colin. The show also starred Patrick James Clarke as her brother, NYPD lieutenant Fred McCarron, and a pre-fame Frances McDormand as Willie Pipal, an executive prosecutor in the New York County Court.
