Andrei V. Lefebvre, born in 1959, is a transplanted European who made the Southern California his home for more then three decades now.

Presently, Mr. Lefebvre is a principal and a publisher of The Magazine of Unbelievable Stories, a pulp ficton periodical. His collecton of sort stories Playing With The Dreadful Pennies came out in 2006.

An equine lover, Mr. Lefebvre lives with his wife Julia, two teenage daughters, and “a few horses” in a "one-mule" town 100 miles east of Los Angeles.
