[edit] Protection
I've had a look at the vandalism here, and I think indefinite semi-protection is not appropriate. The majority of edits by unregistered users have been constructive, and the development of the article has been forced to stagnate since July. There was nowhere near enough IP vandalism to warrant an indefinite semi-protection. Conversely, the semi-protection hasn't helped with the logged-in user vandalism, which is the main source of disruption. I'm going to remove the protection and see how we get on. If it continues to be only a small number of users vandalising, we can deal with them individually. If it becomes a problem, we can put another temporary semi-protection on.
