The image is not replaceable because the institution is closed. The image is of historical importance because it depicts the subject in the role that brought him to public notoriety. Image was never for sale to the public, is not for sale now, and is therefore not going to deprive anyone of any royalties under any circumstances.

This image is not replaceable because it is of historical importance and is out of print. There is no way to recreate it. It is not for sale anywhere and therefore is not likely to deprive anyone of any royalties. This is a small picture within the directory of a church that closed in 2004.In the event that the copyright has been transferred to the creditors, which would be the congregation: they are a group of people owed $10 million and who have shown no incentive in selling this image.

Further information: I contacted United Church Directories in 2004 with the intention of ordering more copies of the 1997 Living Enrichment Center directory. I was informed that they retained no such copies in their archives, and the directory was the property of Living Enrichment Center. It is therefore believed that the copyright for the entire directory, as well as the copyright for the photographs displayed in the directory, belong to Living Enrichment Center (note: no photographer is credited or named in the original directory). As Living Enrichment Center is an entity that filed for bankruptcy in 2004 and no longer exists, it is assumed that all copyright to Living Enrichment Center products and information has expired and is therefore in the public domain.

Lastly, there are no known photographs of Edward Morrissey available online.
