Talk:Lean Systems

not certain of the value of two pages on this, although i prefer your title. They do seem to cover the same ground but the other seems more worked on and integrated with co-subject pages. Facius 15:40, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
Even though Lean Systems arguably is a better description because not everything that is Lean is Manufacturing, nonetheless Lean Manufacturing is what practitioners, consultants and academics use as industry standard nomenclature. I would suggest that common usage trumps all, as a Google search today for the phrase "Lean Manufacturing" yields over 2 million results and "Lean Systems" yields about 28,000. So it would probably be vest to merge the content from the Lean Systems into the Lean Manufacturing page.--Wiki1954 (talk) 23:12, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
