As the author of this article, I wish to oppose the proposed deletion. This engine has indeed been released. There have been demos since version 1.x up to 2.x and the 1.x demo has been removed. Anyone who purchases a license can use the engine.
At [1] , if you have purchased a license and recieved your login credentials, you can download the engine...This is notable, it was in the may newsletter of The Game Creators and has a large community.
