Leathermouth is the band fronted by My Chemical Romance's Frank Iero. They are on his record label, Skeleton Crew. Their first album is expected to be released on October 31, 2008, as stated on the Skeleton Crew webstore.[1]
Bobbie Venom, who also plays guitar in another band, The Champagne Charade, is on guitar, alongside Vincent Avarali. Steve Oyola is the drummer of Leathermouth and is the youngest of the band, leaving Andrew Escobar on bass. Steve, Vince, and Andrew recently announced the start of their newest side project, March of the Saints. March of the Saints is a new, Jersey based band and already has a show scheduled early next year.
As of January 2008, Leathermouth have eight known songs; three of them are available for streaming on their MySpace and two of them are available for download on their PureVolume.
On October 20, 2007, Leathermouth played four new songs live at the Knitting Factory, located in New York City, bringing the total known song count to eight.
