"Lean Back" was a 2004 single from the Terror Squad's album True Story. It features Fat Joe and Remy Martin, and was produced by Scott Storch. Fat Joe raps verses one and three, and Remy handles verse two. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks from August 21 and topped the R&B chart for more than a month.

"Lean Back" was one of the biggest urban singles of Summer 2004.

A remixed version of the song featuring Lil Jon, Eminem, & Mase is available on Fat Joe's 2005 album All or Nothing and Lil Jon's Crunk Juice Remix disc. However, there are two different versions of the remix. One version features an additional verse by Remy Ma and another features Lil Jon's vocals through out the song.

It was also used in an AFN Commercial for the NBA. Another remix features Tego Calderon. There is also another remix by Chamillionaire in his 2004 album Mixtape Messiah, titled "Body Rock". Other remixes were made by Jadakiss & Remy Martins and another G-Unit. The song was featured on the video game Need for Speed: Underground 2. There is also a remix with the Notorious B.I.G.
