Leamouth is the area to the west of the mouth of the River Lee at the River Thames at grid reference TQ394807.

Much of Leamouth is taken up by Trinity Buoy Wharf which contains London's only lighthouse. For most of history, this has not been a residential area, but it is now becoming a desirable area for live/work units, many in the form of the Container Cities. More of the area is becoming available for redevelopment, so this area is likely to grow in residential significance. It is also possible that the new Lee crossing may extend the placename to the east bank of the Lee.

Orchard House Yard was an active shipyard.
