Lea is the second record of Lea Salonga which saw her in a danceable R&B mode. With this she entered the pop charts at #2 and R&B/soul at #1[citation needed]. The album earned rave reviews for its diverse mix of American-style R&B and easy listening ballads, and became her first multi-platinum album.
