comment: The government free use is disputed because this is a picture of a battery but also its trademark. Power PS Sonic is a register tradmark. See th US Trademarks Database here http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=r3uho0.3.1 . Taking a picture of a copyrighted and trademarked logo doesn't necessarily mean that it's free. I'm sure the patent holders would disagree if the logos on the battery where used somehow in a different fashion then this encyclopedia. Since it is perfectly possible to have a picture of this battery without any trademarks I have added {{Di-replaceable fair use}} template. - The image is from a federal agency and it's clear it was taken from the URL provided, so I don't see the problem with the file being a copyright violation and I've removed the {{copyvio}} tag. However, I understand what you're saying about the image being replaceable and the problems with the manufacturer logo in the photograph, and I agree that it is not a unique or important image. I don't think a fair use rationale would apply either. - KrakatoaKatie 16:07, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
