The Gendarme a Marie (French: Le Gendarme se marie) is the continuation of the gendarme series, starring Louis de Funès. It is followed by three more films. The series of comic films was started by Le gendarme de Saint-Tropez.

The gendarme Cruchot meets Josepha, a widow. He quickly falls in love with her. But Cruchot's daughter isn't really happy with that, and will do anything to prevent the wedding.

Romantically funny, hilarious and Charming. Very good film is maybe the best in the Serie "Le Gendarme". Good entertainment for all ages.
