Leon Febres Cordero is a mob boss, a rat, thief and murderer, how dare you laude him as this saintly saviour. His corruption reaches almost every aspect of our society, and deluded high society pawns as you think that because he is against Bucaram; and painted a few walls and rebuild some streets he is this benevolent grandfatherly figure.

WAKE UP AND SMELL THE Disgrace that this criminal has created for over 40 years of stealing, killing, manipulating and blackmailing.

I don't believe that mentioning some facts without emitting trials on them can be considered parcializado neither it should be omitted the fact that most of their ministers faced trials for corruption or the Taura's rebelion, fact very trascendent in the ecuatorian history.

I put a parragraph to talk of the influence of Febres Cordero in the courts. That is a fact very commented in Ecuador. I put a few links for demostrated my sentence. If you put in spanish in google the words Febres Cordero and Cortes de Justicia, you take more of 100 links more.

I removed the lines regarding his economical power, local nickname, and the whole vendetta against an ex president. Leon Febres Cordero is a person with strong personality, and some information shown may be of true nature. However, this is an encyclopedia, not a newspaper/tabloid or a place to run personal vendettas. I encourage other editors to add resourceful, historic, and neutral information to this piece. --Isther 03:49, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
