68.60.71.20 added the following:

If one player has all the chips and it is their turn, they must roll, and if they roll three dots, they win. If the roll a "L" or a "R", the game continues, and if they roll a "C" they put on chip in the center and continue rolling if they have chips left. If a player has only one chip, and everyone else has zero, and he rolls a "C", everyone is redistributed their chips, and the amount the last game was played for increases.
