Layang Layang Aerospace is a regional airline based in Sabah, Malaysia. It is formed to provide air services to a popular Malaysia dive site, Layang Layang Island, which is in the South China Sea 300km northwest off the west coast of Sabah. It also provides cargo services.

The airline has been appointed the official implementer of the cross-border Air Alliance Scheme which will service the Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asean Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA). The appointment was made by senior officials and ministers of the BIMP-EAGA during their meeting in Davao, the Philippines, in November 2003.

Their current fleet consists of 2 units Australian-made GAF N-22C Nomad (9M-LLB and 9M-LLI), 1 unit Bell 206B-3 JetRanger III (9M-LLH), 1 unit Antonov An-38-120 (RA-41900) and 1 unit Short SC.7 Skyvan (9M-LLA).
