Laxmibai Nagar is a residential government colony of South Delhi, India.

It is in the south of Safdarjung Airport. In the north of Kidwainagar - West, and famous Dilli Haat. In the east of Sarojini Nagar, another famous govt. residential colony of Delhi. In the west if INA colony.

The place is named after the renowned freedom fighter queen of Jhansi province of Uttar Pradesh state of India. She fought bravely for freedom of her state, Jhansi from the britishers , in 1857. and laid her life for the motherland's sake.
