Talk:Law of Limited Competition

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I don't believe that Richard Dawkins has espoused this theory, and can find no sources outside of Quinn-centric ones that mention Dawkins and the "Law of Limiteed Competition". Suggest removal of Dawkins' name pending sourcing.

[edit] requesting proof of notability, for this article's sake

Hi,

I just read Ishmael, and liked it. And if the subject of this article has been noted and discussed in neutral third-party literature, then certainly I'd like to see it stay. However, I'll warn those who care for the article that there are no footnotes here establishing notability under Wikipedia guidelines - and that means this article can be deleted at will. I'd suggest either merging this article into a section under Daniel Quinn, or adding some footnotes proving that third-party sources have discussed his idea and argued for its notability. I hope the latter won't be too difficult - but the former would be easy. AllGloryToTheHypnotoad (talk) 18:21, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
