Lawrence Webb

Lawrence Webb will be the first openly gay, African-American elected official in Virginia. [1] He won a seat on the Falls Church, Virginia City Council. [2] He works as a dean of admission at University of Mary Washington. [3] His candidacy was supported by the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund. [4]
