Lawrence Patrick Parsons, Lord Oxmantown was born on 31 March 1969. He is the son of William Clere Leonard Brendan Parsons, 7th Earl of Rosse and Alison Margaret Cooke-Hurle. He is the heir of the Earldom of Rosse
