Lawrence Damon Funderburke (born on December 15, 1970 in Columbus, Ohio) is a former player in the NBA who last played with the Chicago Bulls. He played his freshman year of college basketball at Indiana University, but transferred after that season to Ohio State University, where he played his three remaining years of eligibility and eventually graduated. He was drafted by the Sacramento Kings in the 2nd round (51st overall) of the 1994 NBA Draft. He played in Europe, in the Greek (Ambelokipi and PAOK BC) and French (Pau-Orthez) leagues for three years before joining the Kings in 1997.
Funderburke is a power forward who plays the game with great intensity. He is also a capable team player. Through his first six years in the NBA, Funderburke only played two full seasons due to injuries. His career stats are 6.4 points per game, 3.6 rebounds per game, and 0.6 assists per game.
