[edit] Britain's Next Top Model

Lauren appeared in Cycle 3 of the show. Lauren believed that she could go on to win the competition because she believed she was versatile in her looks and her attitude. Lauren started out as a weaker contestant, not shining through in her photos, but as the competition progressed she started showing more and more versatility and became one of the front runners, despite appearing in the bottom two three times and she was chosen over the competition favorite Rebecca White to go into the final two.. In the final runway challenge Lauren impressed the judges with her composure, strut and elegance saying that she "glided" down the runway. In the final judging, Lauren was chosen over the front runner of the competition Rebecca White and runner-up Louise Watts due to her overall performance on the runway, the photoshoots throughout the competition and her overall attitude towards the business, despite landing in the bottom two three times, a record for winners. The main judge on the show, Lisa Snowdon, said: "Lauren epitomises a worthy winner...She's got a real sparkle about her, and that's proved to be her driving force."[1]
