Lauren Bowles is an American actress and a half-sister (same mother) of Julia Louis-Dreyfus. She has appeared in numerous TV shows including Seinfeld, Arrested Development, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Judging Amy, The New Adventures of Old Christine (with her half-sister Julia) and many more. She had a permanent role in Watching Ellie, a short lived TV show starring her half-sister Julia. Lauren has also appeared in some featured films.
