Laura Koffman (born Laura Bonarrigo on October 29, 1964[1] in Brookline, Massachusetts) is an American actress.
She is best known for her role as Cassie Callison on One Life to Live, which she played originally from March 1991 to January 1999. Her firing, while on maternity leave, became a source of controversy, which was blamed on then-executive producer Jill Farren Phelps. Prior to joining One Life to Live she had a recurring role on Another World.
When her on-screen mother Robin Strasser returned to the show in 2003, Cassie's son River (Matthew Twining) was aged to give his onscreen grandmother some story. This necessitated a few on-screen appearances for Koffman in recent years. She also makes occasional appearances at on-screen weddings in 2001, 2003 and 2004.
Laura has recently earned the title role in a new play by Myra Bairstow entitled "The Rise of Dorothy Hale". The play opens Off-Broadway September 2007.
