Laura Douglas

Laura Douglas (born 4 January 1983 in Wrexham) is a Welsh hammer thrower.
Her personal best throw is 61.75 metres, achieved in July 2005 in Manchester. This places her ninth on the British outdoor all-time list, behind Lorraine Shaw, Shirley Webb, Zoe Derham, Lyn Sprules, Liz Pidgeon, Lesley Brannan, Carys Parry and Susan McKelvie.[1]
