Laugharne Castle (Welsh: 'Castell Talacharn') is a castle in the town of Laugharne in southern Carmarthenshire, south-west Wales. It is located on the estuary of the River Tâf.

The castle was built by the Normans after 1100 as part of their invasion of Wales. It was seized by Rhys ap Gruffudd of Deheubarth in 1189.
