Lauenensee (or Lake Lauenen) are two lakes near Lauenen in the Canton of Berne, Switzerland.
This lake is the one of which Josef Renggli, the Swiss Consul General in Mumbai, says that some locals call it the "Chopra Lake" because Yash Chopra, a famous Bollywood film director shot scenes of several of his films at that lake.[citation needed]
