An aerial view of Los Angeles' Union Passenger Terminal in the late 1990s. It clearly shows the 25-story Metro headquarters, constructed in 1994, at the right center, along with other modern building such as the Twin Towers Jail, upper-right, and the Metropolitan Detention Center, lower-left. Union Station's waiting room is mislabeled as the concourse.
