I deleted the MPs of Soviet Union. I also deleted the time frame division since I couldn't find any reason for such division that outweights the fact that it leads people into thinking that the Republic of Latvia in the 1990s onwards is a different one than the original.

Latvian PMs should only be Latvian PMs of the sovereign republic of Latvia, first and reestablished independence. Any similar position during the SSR should have a separate template, the same as was done splitting Presidents and First Secretaries. I would argue that the SSR didn't really have a prime minister, behind the First Secretaries was Moscow's deputy secretary/power behind the throne, but that's another topic! —PētersV (talk) 02:48, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
