[edit] Born in Latvia = Latvian descent?
This article claims to be about an ethnic community in the US. However, among the notable people listed are DJ Lethal and Mark Rothko. As far as I know these two were certainly born in the territory of Latvia, but did/do not consider themselves part of the ethnic Latvian community. Should they therefore still be listed here regardless? — Zalktis 09:22, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
