Just scrolling through the list I see no numbers after the decimal point higher than 60 for the world cities, but I do for the US cities. Therefore I presume that the Lat/Long coordinates are in Degrees.minutes for the world but decimal degrees for the US. Antandrus 17:23, 21 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Should we be listing seconds as well as minutes?
Are we trying to mark the geographic centre, administrative centre, GPO or what?
In Brisbane, Australia the GPO is at and the City Hall at .
