I removed the following from the Versio Piana section. It is stating, as fact, an implied and biased informal point of view, without any sources or alternative viewpoint. (See [[1]]) Mmortal03 06:05, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
Its defenders contend that if you are going to pray to God, if you are not using the Hebrew original you are supposed to use the translation that is closest to the Hebrew, and if it is Latin, you should use the noblest style of the Latin language, which is that of Cicero. God deserves no less. Discoveries through the many centuries have made it possible to have such a "state-of-the-art" Latin version which is the Versio Piana, that of Cardinal Bea, published by order of Pope Pius XII.
