Latham Gaines (born February 3, 1964) is an American actor who is best known for portraying Mesogog and Dr. Anton Mercer in Power Rangers: Dino Thunder. He and Katrina Devine have both appeared together not only on Power Rangers: Dino Thunder but also in the final season of Xena: Warrior Princess. Katrina was in the episode "Last of the Centaurs" while Latham was in the episode "Many Happy Returns". Latham is also part of a band project called Theodore High, which also features another Power Rangers: Dino Thunder actor, Tom Hern.

After marrying, he moved to New Zealand in 1995. He had made an appearance at the Power Morphicon^[1] in June of 2007. There, Gaines mentioned having moved back to the United States and living in New York City.

He also played a part in Bridge To Terabithia, and made an appearance in the 2005 remake of King Kong as a reporter.
