Lata Sabharwal is an Indian film and TV actress, working in Bollywood.

She had supporting roles in all three of her movies: Vivah was her most successful movie to date. [1] Besides acting in Bollywood movies, she had also parts in television series, among them Arzoo Hai Tu's Meeti, Awaaz Dil se Dil Tak, Jhoot Bole Kauwa Kate and Khushiyan.she is mainly doing supporting roles in hindi serials currently.she was seen in woh rehne wali mehlon mein which airs on Saharaone and is right now acting in Naaginn as Aruna Irani's daughter in law.
