Where did you get this track list from? My copy of Last Embrace, bought from iTunes has the following tracks:

1. Dutch Radio
2. Everyday
3. Galaxy
4. Last Embrace
5. Let Me Out
6. This Wreckage

This is also confirmed on the "Lyrics" page on the VIP section of their website.

Only Seconds has these four tracks:

1. We're On Fire
2. For All These Years
3. Stars of God
4. Waiting
