Was the split of Oriente in 1975 or 1978 ? This says both.
The wording implies that Las Tunas only got connected by road to Havana in the 70s. I don't believe this. The Carretera Central is a lot older than that.

I am not convinced that each municipality in Cuba deserves its own page, unless Qyd plans on adding them.
